Geek TGIF

Okay, I am pleased as punch that Stargate SG-1 is now officially the longest-running sci-fi show ever. And I love Battlestar Galactica, and I love Sci-Fi (even though I don't actually watch their shows in realtime--DVD, not cable). But the sad thing about this story is that it reiterates the truth behind the stereotype: geeks stay home Friday nights.

Update: more proof; the HSU CS Tournament '05 photos.

Gasp! Are you in danger of losing your geekly status? You need to come here quickly, dude, before those hip CA people turn you to the dark side... of coolness. ;-)

Stargate:SG1 has officially run for longer than Dr Who (currently filming its 28th season)?

Curious. Must be a time-travel thing.

Okay, okay, good point. Go immediately send silly/angry/confusing email to ComingSoon.net. :-)

Thankyou very much for the site reference. I will be sure to pass it immediately to the most militant Whovian community I can find. (you might wanna find shelter)

Hmm... Need to find someone who knows when dr? first appeared on American television. No matter, I'm sure I can find someone...
