Family & Friends

We spent the morning and afternoon at Alex's parents' place. We celebrated my brother-in-law Frank's birthday, as well as had a surprise birthday cake for our friend James. There was cake, ice cream, a giant cookie, three nephews, and lots of food. Now we're home watching movies late into the night, the guys on the couch while I work on the laptop at the kitchen table. I'm about to crash from lack of sleep--I'll probably go to bed soon, since I will be painting again in the morning.
